I get to work with my friends, help people, work on my schedule, and travel. Does that sound great to you too?
As a single mother, in the beginning, my children came first. They were able to take Gymnastics, play on the soccer team and enjoy me at home after school every day. I was not willing to commute far away to make the income to cover the mortgage, however sacrificing the daily activities my children needed to become the successful, well rounded, enjoyable adults they have become.
Working from home and an ongoing reliable income allowed for all that.
And now that I am older and married, my husband had major health issues that didn’t allow me to work for about four years (2016-2019), while caring for him. It was a true financial lifesaver that my ongoing income continued every month and has for seventeen years.
